
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been awarded the State Honor 'Order of the Nile' of Egypt. President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi gave him this honor with his own hands. Earlier, he visited Al-Hakim, a mosque of the Bohra community. He also reached the Heliopolis Commonwealth War Memorial in Cairo. Here he paid tribute to the martyred soldiers of the Indian Army. Narendra Modi is the first Prime Minister of India in 26 years to visit Egypt on a bilateral visit. Prime Minister Modi also held bilateral talks with Egyptian President al-Sisi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Modi's visit to Egypt is very special. India is going to host G20 countries in the month of September. On this occasion, the President of Egypt, Abdel El Sisi will also come to India. Egypt is not a part of the G20 but on India's special invitation, it will attend the meeting of the world's most powerful countries.
13 countries honored PM Narendra Modi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been honored with the best honor of his country by 13 countries so far. In the last 9 years, PM has been honored by 13 countries including Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, America, Palestine. First of all, Saudi Arabia was awarded the Order of Abdulaziz Al-Saud in 2016. PM Modi is the first person who has been honored with this best honor as a non-Muslim. Apart from these, Palestine was given the Grand Collar of the State of Palestine Award.
