The Right Way to Make Shahi Masala

Generally, for making gravy, paste is prepared by grinding onion, ginger and garlic. Then that paste is roasted and then tomato puree is mixed. In which bay leaf, big cardamom, small cardamom, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, Saha cumin must be included.
