Bareilly. The Kerala Police has arrested a 29-year-old man for allegedly raping a woman in Dubai . The police has given this information on Monday. A man named Nadeem Khan was arrested by the Kerala Police on Sunday with the help of the local police.
According to the information received from the police, Nadeem Khan is a resident of Partapur Jeevan Sahay village under Izzatnagar Police Station area of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Circle Officer of Bareilly Police, Ashish Pratap Singh has said that Nadeem was arrested on the basis of a woman's complaint.
The woman has alleged that Nadeem raped her in Dubai. The woman has lodged this complaint at Irikkur police station in Kerala. The woman has said that she used to work as a conductor in Dubai and Nadeem used to work as a driver with her.
The woman accused Nadeem that both of them came close to each other when they were working together. When there was closeness between the woman and Nadeem, Nadeem wanted to take advantage of it. Nadeem sexually assaulted the woman by promising to marry her.
The woman said that whenever she used to talk about marriage with Nadeem, Nadeem used to twist the matter. Nadeem did not agree even after the woman tried several times and suddenly left Dubai and returned to his home.
The woman also returned from Dubai and reached her home. Here he decided to file a complaint against Nadeem. Police have said that three policemen from the Kerala Police, including Inspector Satyanath KV,
Reached Izzatnagar police station and sought help from the local police here. Both the police teams have arrested Nadeem under a joint operation. Kerala Police has taken Nadeem to Kerala.
