25 percent growth will be seen in the commercial sector

Market experts say that retail income is about to cross 15 per cent and in 2023, the price of commercial space may see an increase of about 15-18 per cent.

Increase in manufacturing units and start-ups

The demand for commercial space is continuously increasing in Delhi NCR, which includes NH-9, Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway located in Ghaziabad and Gautam Buddha Nagar.
