Knowingly or unknowingly some such mistakes are made during worship, due to which we do not get the result of our sadhna. In the worship of nine goddesses who died during Navratri, even by mistake, these mistakes can give you inauspicious results.

Chaitra Navratri 2023: Navratri Puja has a lot of religious significance in Hinduism. Nine forms of Maa Durga are specially worshiped during Navratri. According to the Panchang, four Navratri festivals are celebrated every year, out of which two Gupta Navratri, one Sharadiya Navratri and one Navratri are celebrated in the month of Chaitra. It is believed that during Chaitra Navratri, Maa Durga resides on earth for nine days and lives among her devotees. This time Navratri is starting from March 22, which will end on March 30 on the day of Ram Navami. During this, there are some such activities which should be avoided. - While establishing the urn during Navratri, be sure to take care of its correct direction. According to Vastu, it is believed that the Kalash should always be installed at the North-East. According to religious beliefs, all the gods and goddesses reside in the north-east corner (the place between north and east). Keep in mind that before installing the urn, clean that place properly.

- According to religious belief, apart from setting up the Kalash, lighting Akhand Jyoti during Navratri is also considered very auspicious. It is believed that this makes mother more happy and happiness and prosperity remains in the house.

- On the first day of Navratri, at the place where you worship, along with Maa Durga, also install pictures of Maa Lakshmi and Maa Saraswati. Apart from this, worship all these goddesses according to the rules and regulations. It is believed that by doing this you get wealth and happiness and prosperity comes in the house.

- Durga Saptshati is also recited during Navratri. In such a situation, do not talk to anyone during the lesson, nor get up from your place during the lesson. It is believed that by doing this you do not get the auspicious results of the lesson. - During worship, keep in mind that you should not sit on the ground without any cloth or seat. If possible, before starting the puja, you can also use a red colored woolen cloth or blanket as an aasan.
