Ingredients for making fruit cake

Maida - ½ cup

Milk - 3/4 cup

Condensed milk - 1/2 cup

Walnuts - 1/2 cup

Cashews - 1/2 cup

Almonds - 1/2 cup

Raisins - 1/2 cup

Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup

Butter – 3/4 cup

tutti frutti – 1/2 cup

baking soda – 1/2 tsp

baking powder – 1 tsp

Fruit Cake Recipe

To make a mouth-watering fruit cake, first cut cashews, walnuts and almonds into fine pieces. After this put the raisins in a cloth and rub it clean. Now put refined flour in a vessel and add baking powder and baking soda to it. Now take another utensil and melt butter in it. After this add condensed milk and powdered sugar to the butter and mix it well.

Whisk the mixture until it starts to feel puffy, after that stop whisking. After this add milk to the mixture and then whisk again. Then sieve the flour and put it in the milk mixture and mix it well. After this add chopped dry fruits, cleaned raisins and broken fruits to the mixture and mix them all well.

Now preheat the oven at 180 degrees. After this, take the utensil containing the cake and grease its bottom by applying butter. After this, cut butter paper according to the size of the bottom of the utensil and apply it. Put the prepared mixture in it and keep it in the oven for 25 minutes to bake. After this, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down. Now take out the cake from the utensil with the help of a knife. Fruit cake full of taste is ready.
