
CUET 2023 is scheduled from May 21 to 31. Forms are being filled from February 9. It is necessary that the students are given all the necessary information about it, which they need. Many changes are also going to be seen in the CUET exam to be held this year . The number of exam slots has been increased, as well as the number of subjects has also been increased. Apart from this, the application fee has also been increased.
In this copy, TV9 Bharatvarsha has brought such important information including exam pattern, marking system, type of questions in simple words. This will facilitate the students.

Note students
A student can choose a maximum of three languages including Section IA and IB. One of these must be a domain-specific language.
In Section II, students can choose a maximum of six subjects from the available options.
Section III consists of General Examination.
The exam will be computer based.
Five marks will be given for the correct answer. One mark will be deducted for wrong answer.
It would be appropriate not to attempt the question which does not come. There will be loss.
The questions will be of 12th level of NCERT.
The exam will be conducted on different days and in three slots depending on the subjects chosen by the students.
CUET Exam Pattern 2023
Consists of a language test, two domain-specific papers and a general test.
Includes four domain-specific topics and optional language topics.
Section IA 13 Languages / 50 questions will be asked. 40 has to be answered. Language test will be done through Reading Comprehension (Unread Passage).
Section IB 20 Languages / 50 questions will be asked. 40 has to be answered.
In Section II, 45-50 questions will be asked from 27 domain specific topics. Out of these 35-40 will have to be answered.
60 questions will be asked in General Examination in Section III. 50 has to be answered.
There are 20 languages in section IB. Any language other than that given in Section IA can be selected.
Section II will have a choice of 27 domain specific topics. Students will be able to choose maximum six domains as desired by the concerned university.
Section III consists of General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Quantitative Reasoning (Simple application of basic mathematical concepts Arithmetic/ Algebraic Geometry/ Mensuration studied till class 8), Logical and Analytical Reasoning.
