Ingredients needed to make gourd poori- 

2 cups gourd grated 

coriander leaves 2 teaspoons

1 pinch asafoetida 

salt to taste

2 cups oil

5 cups flour

How to make Lauki ki Puri? (How To Make Lauki Ki Puri) 

To make Lauki ki Puri, first wash and clean the bottle gourd.

Then peel it well and grate it well.

After this, sift the flour in a vessel and knead the dough by adding water as required.

Then add grated bottle gourd to the flour and mix well.

After this, add salt, asafoetida and coriander leaves to the flour and mix well.

Then put oil in a pan and keep it for heating.

After this, make balls of the dough and roll out the puris.

Then you put this poori in hot oil and deep fry till it becomes golden.

Now your delicious gourd puris are ready.
