Salim Khan had given advice
Salman had said that when Abbas Mastan brought the script of the film, during that time I went to my father with this script. The father had said that there should not be negative characters in it or if there is, then the mother's angle should also be added to it. But the production did not agree to this at that time. Later he took Shah Rukh Khan for the film and added the mother angle as well. Now just imagine that if I had done that film, Shah Rukh would not have had Mannat opposite Bandstand today.
Baazigar made Shahrukh Khan the king
