Ingredients for making Besan Ladoo

Gram flour – 2 cups

Cashews – 1 tablespoon

Almonds – 1 tablespoon

Ghee – 3/4 cup

Sugar powder – 1 cup

Method of making

Besan Laddoo Making Besan Laddoo is very easy and to prepare it, first sift the gram flour in a utensil. Keep in mind that it is necessary to filter the gram flour so that the lumps present in it will go away. After this, cut small pieces of cashews and almonds and keep them in a bowl. Now take a pan and put ghee in it and heat it on medium flame. After melting the ghee, put the filtered gram flour in it and fry it.

Besan has to be roasted well. When the color of the gram flour turns golden brown, reduce the flame of the gas. It may take up to 15 minutes for the gram flour to roast properly. When the aroma starts coming from gram flour, add chopped dry fruits to it and mix. Keep in mind that the gram flour has to be roasted while stirring continuously, otherwise the gram flour may burn. After roasting for a while, turn off the gas. Now take out the gram flour in a vessel and leave it to cool.

When the gram flour remains slightly hot, add powdered sugar to it as per taste. After this apply a little ghee on both your hands and then take the gram flour mixture in your hands and prepare round laddoos. Keep them in a plate / tray. Similarly, make besan laddus of all the mixture and leave it to set for some time. Besan laddoos are ready for enjoyment. They can also be stored in an airtight container.
