Lord Shiva likes these things

Milk is very dear to Lord Shiva. It is believed that when Bholenath drank poison during the churning of the ocean, his body started burning with the poison. Then to pacify his jealousy, the gods requested him to take milk. The burning of Mahadev's body ended as soon as he drank milk. Since then milk is very dear to Mahadev. 

Aak flowers are very dear to Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva is soon pleased by offering Aak flowers. 

Kaner flower is also very dear to Lord Shiva. It is believed that if this flower is offered in the worship of Lord Shiva throughout the Sawan, then the wish of the devotee is definitely fulfilled.

Apart from this, Lord Shiva also likes datura, belpatra, sandalwood, saffron, cannabis, perfume, Akshat, sugar, curd, ghee, honey, Gangajal, sugarcane juice.

Lord Shiva dislikes these things

Never offer coconut or coconut water to Shiva.

Even Tulsi leaves should not be offered to Lord Shiva.

Ketki and Kevada flower is prohibited in the worship of Mahadev, never offer it.

Conch is considered forbidden in the worship of Mahadev.

Shiv ji should always apply sandalwood. Do not use Roli or Kumkum in their worship.
