OnePlus Nord 2 5G is going to be the next OnePlus phone in India. It is set to launch on 22nd July. Photos of this smartphone have been leaked even before the launch and if they are true then the new smartphone of OnePlus looks like OnePlus 9 Pro. Notably, its camera module and design are quite similar to the flagship OnePlus phone.
OnePlus, like all its recent launch events, will live stream the OnePlus Nord launch event. As mentioned earlier, the launch event is scheduled for July 22 at 7:30 PM. Like the previous launch event organized by the company, this too will be live streamed on the OnePlus India website. Apart from this, the event will also be live streamed on YouTube. OnePlus Nord 2 Specifications and other details
Ahead of the launch, a lot is already known about the OnePlus Nord 2. It is going to be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 1200 AI chipset, which is why it is going to support 5G despite the more affordable price tag. It is expected that this chipset will be paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It is also expected to have 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. Apart from this, many color options are going to be launched including a red shade.
It has already been confirmed that the OnePlus Nord 2 will feature a 6.43-inch screen, support HDR 10+ and have a 90Hz refresh rate. It is also almost certain that the phone will have Sony IMX 766, a 50-megapixel camera and two more rear cameras. There is going to be a 32-megapixel Sony IMX 616 camera on the front.
OnePlus Nord 2 Price
As far as the price of OnePlus Nord 2 5G in India is concerned, it is almost certain that the price of the device will be around Rs 30,000. This is because the price of OnePlus Nord CE is around Rs 20,000 and hence, there is sure to be some difference between Nord CE and OnePlus 9R in Nord 2. The 9R sells for Rs 39,999, so it is safe to assume that the Nord 2 will occupy the mid-point between the CE and the 9R.
