New research: If your husband stay asleep all day, you will get pregnant soon, a new study has revealed

Women who are trying to conceive are doing everything possible to increase their fertility.
She tries many types of exercises from food to increase fertility and that is why she does not want to give up a single way to become a mother.

But did you know that your husband's sleep also helps you get pregnant? One study found that your partner's sleep timing can increase or decrease your chances of getting pregnant.

Lauren Wise of the Boston University School of Public Health and her colleagues claim that the sperm of men who get seven to eight hours of sleep has higher fertility and motility.

Wise and his colleagues did this research on 790 couples planning a baby. The couples answered some questions related to their sleep patterns and lightstyle.

The researchers followed the couples for a year and found out how quickly they conceived. Men who slept less than 6 hours or slept more than 9 hours were found to have a 45 percent lower chance of getting pregnant than their partner who slept eight hours.

Wise and his team noticed that men who sleep less are having trouble becoming fathers.

The chances of a female partner getting pregnant from a man's sleeping cycle may be related to testosterone levels. Although testosterone levels were not measured in this study, it plays an important role in the hormone reproductive process.

Any health problem can also affect sleep and fertility. If you are trying to conceive, take care of your health and the health of your partner. Also, taking a good and adequate approach increases the chances of getting pregnant.

First of all, you should know that it is normal to try to get pregnant from 6 months to a year. If you can't conceive even after trying for 12 menstrual cycles, that's a concern.

You also have to understand the right time to conceive in order to conceive. Eggs begin to develop from the second day of the menstrual cycle. And 13 to 14 days of the period the egg ovulates. It is called Fertile Wind. Between 10 and 18 days is important in constipation.
