1. Workout- Working out not only keeps you fit but also helps in keeping your skin healthy. During workouts, the face sweats, which helps in flushing out the toxins from the skin. In this way the problems related to the skin are removed and the glow of the skin also remains intact. Not only this, the problem of acne and inflammation is also removed by exercising.

4. Apply ice-  Waking up late at night and lack of sleep increases the chances of swelling on the face the next morning. In such a situation, after waking up in the morning, rub the face with ice. Doing this removes the irritation of your skin and also reduces the puffiness of the face. In this way the problem of the face is removed and a good glow also comes on the skin.
