48 percent parents do not want to send their children to school without vaccination, survey revealed

The opinion of parents of 361 districts across the country was taken in the survey. The result showed that 30 percent of parents are ready to send their children to school if the cases of corona virus come down to zero in their districts.

About 48 percent parents do not wish to send their children to school without getting vaccinated against the corona virus. 30 percent said that the cases of Kovid-19 will fall to zero, then they will send the children to school. This has been revealed in a new survey. Amid the hesitation expressed by parents over sending their children to school, the community social media platform conducted a survey to understand parents' opinion on the physical start of classes from August 1.

What is the opinion of parents on sending their children to school?

According to the report, 48 percent of the parents surveyed were not ready to send their children to school until they were vaccinated. Sachin Taparia, founder of Local Circles, said that 21 per cent parents were willing to send their children to school, while one per cent surveyed said they had no opinion on the matter. The survey took the opinion of 32,000 parents from 361 districts across the country. The result showed that 30 percent of parents are ready to send their children to school if the cases of corona virus come down to zero in their districts.

68 percent of the participants in the survey were men, while the number of women was 32 percent. The return to virtual classes has caused many problems of teaching and learning, especially in rural areas. A large number of students do not have data connectivity and smartphones and laptops are available. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya had told BJP MPs on Tuesday that Kovid vaccination for children is likely to start soon. Schools across the country were ordered to close in March last year to prevent the spread of corona.
