This railway station was closed for 42 years due to the girl, you will be surprised to know the story

Often, the picture of old forts and buildings starts emerging in our mind as soon as paranormal activities are discussed, but do you know that there is also a railway station which is related to ghosts.
This station is not located anywhere else but in Begunkodor in Purulia district of West Bengal. This station was inaugurated in the year 1960, but due to the fear of ghosts, this station was closed soon.

It is also said about this station that Santhal Rani played an important role in opening it, but it was closed due to one girl. Even if you find it strange, but it is absolutely true. As soon as this station opened, strange incidents started happening here. A railway employee of Beguncodore claimed to have seen the ghost of a woman at this station. After which he died in a train accident at the same station. Which was dismissed as a common occurrence by the people.

Station master's death

The real trouble about this station started when the body of the station master of Begunkodor and his family was found in the railway quarters. People living here claimed that a ghost is behind their death. Many people believe that whenever a train passes from there after the sun sets, the ghost of the woman used to run along with it and sometimes it ran faster than the train.

Gradually, the fear of this woman's ghost started growing within the people. Due to which many people started clipping even after coming to the station. Time passed and people stopped coming and going there. Many employees working at the station fled or were killed. After these incidents, it was also recorded in railway records. It is said that there was talk of ghosts in this station from Purulia district to Kolkata and even to the Railway Ministry.

This station remained closed for 42 years

When a train passed through here due to the fear of ghosts, the loco pilot had already increased the speed of the train so that it would cross that station quickly. Passengers also used to close their windows and doors before coming to the station. Gradually, the trains stopped at this station because no man wanted to climb and get down from this station. This is the reason that in no time the entire station itself was deserted.

Although 42 years later, on the request of the villagers, the then Railway Minister Mamta Banerjee once again opened this station, since then there has been no claim of seeing any ghost at this station. However, even after evening, people do not stop at the station.
