Farmer Protest: Foreign Ministry Angry Over Supporting Rihanna, Greta Thunberg And Meena Harris

The Foreign Ministry Has Expressed Its Displeasure After The Social Media Reaction Of Foreign Celebrities Regarding The Peasant Movement. The Ministry Has Advised To Comment Only After Taking Complete Information Of The Case. 

On Twitter, American Pop Singer Rihanna, UK MP Claudia Webbe, Sweden's Environmental Activist Greta Thunberg And Niece Of American Vice President Kamala Harris, And Meena Khalifa, Porn Star Meiya Khalifa, Have Also Supported The Movement. Here, The Ministry Of External Affairs Has Issued An Official Statement Advising Them To Respond Responsibly Without Naming Anyone. 

The Ministry Of External Affairs Has Issued A Statement. It States- "The Indian Parliament Has, After A Wide Debate And Discussion, Passed Reformist Legislation Related To The Agricultural Sector. These Reforms Give Farmers Greater Flexibility And Wider Market Access. These Reforms Lead To Economic And Ecologically Sustainable Farming." Paves The Way. A Small Section Of Farmers In Some Parts Of India Do Not Agree With These Reforms. The Indian Government Has Begun Talks With Their Representatives, Respecting The Sentiments Of The Protesters. In This Effort, Eleven Rounds So Far Talks Have Been Held In Which Union Ministers Are Taking Part. Not Only The Government But Also The Prime Minister Of India Has Proposed To Suspend These Laws. " The Statement Further Said - "Even After This, Some Groups, Which Have Their Own Interests, Trying To Implement Their Agenda On These Protests, They Are Trying To Derail Them, Which Is Quite Unfortunate. The Republic Day Of India Was Observed On 26 January When A National Festival, The Anniversary Of Republic Day, Was Observed When The Indian Capital Witnessed Incidents Of Violence And Vandalism. 

Manoj Tiwari And Kangana Ranaut Replied To Rihanna: 

Responding To Rihanna's Tweet, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari Shared A Video In Which Protesters Surrounded The Jawans. Sharing This, He Wrote -  "Where were you Rihanna? We need to talk a lot about this." At The Same Time, Kangana Ranot Tweeted And Called Rihanna A Fool.
