Drinking water is very beneficial for health. 
Every person is asked to drink at least three to four liters of water throughout the day. But water should not be drunk immediately after eating food. Experts believe that doing so can cause many kinds of damage.

According to experts, it is safe to drink water in between meals, but drinking water immediately before or after eating, disturb the digestive system. Actually, drinking water immediately after eating causes gastric juice to dilute in digestive enzymes released from the digestive system. Due to which the body does not get adequate amount of nutrients from food. Apart from this, there is also a possibility of problems like gas, indigestion, acidity.

Drink water half an hour before and half an hour later

Water should always be drunk half an hour before meals and only after half an hour. Because after about 30 minutes the next process starts in the stomach. After this, drinking water does not cause digestive problems, but the food is digested more easily. On the other hand, if you drink water after sipping a little in between meals, then it does not harm you. But if you drink a lot of water with food, then it fills your stomach quickly, as well as the problem of belly bulge.

These things also worked

1- Drink lukewarm water daily in the morning on an empty stomach. This improves digestion and reduces weight. Also, skin problems are also reduced.

2- If you drink a glass of water after bathing, it improves your blood circulation. Avoiding BP problem and energy remains in your body.

3- Drink half a glass of water daily before sleeping. All the research suggests that this reduces the risk of heart attack to a great extent. Oxygen reaches the body in sufficient quantity and blood circulation is better.

4- Always drink water while sitting. Standing water and drinking water can cause knee pain. Apart from this, instead of drinking water from a bottle or any vessel, drink it in a glass with a mouth.
