'Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahani', Hindu youth accepts HIV positive Muslim girl


Ahmedabad: A
 case like 'Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahani' has come before the Gujarat High Court in which a Hindu youth has shown readiness to accept an HIV positive Muslim girl and marry her. According to a Navgujarat Times report, a bench of Justice Sonia Gokani and Justice Sangeeta of the High Court in the case has registered the marriage of Yuga and directed him to produce his certificate before the Palanpur District Court. Not only that, the High Court has also asked the Superintendent of Police to give them eight weeks of police protection if the couple needs protection.

The girl's father had applied for habeas corpus in

the case. The father alleged that his daughter was a minor and that a pagan youth had run away from her. Following the facts against the lengthy hearing of the petition and the plea of ​​the young man and woman, the High Court bench noted in the order that the certificate submitted by the girl's father for the date of birth should be investigated and legal action should be taken against him.

The young man accepted the HIV positive young woman

The girl underwent a medical examination before appearing in court, in which she was found to be HIV positive. When the missing youth was found and tested, his HIV report came back negative. Doctors are of the opinion that in many cases, the person comes back positive even after 3-6 months. The girl has refused to go to her parents' house and has expressed her determination to go with the young man. The High Court bench noted in the order that the young man and the young woman are of different religions, not only that, the young woman is HIV positive, however, told the court that he wants to further his relationship with the young woman and will also get married in two-three days.

Order to treat the girl at the ART center

So their marriage should be registered and the marriage certificate should be presented before the District Court, Palanpur. This certificate should also be taken on record in the High Court. The girl is being treated at the Gender Service Authority ART Center. During the 6 months when the couple goes to the hospital they visit the Palanpur court so that if they have any problem and any issue related to the health of the young lady can be resolved.
