In this 21st verse of the third chapter of the Chanakya policy, Chanakya says that where fools are not worshiped, where food and grains are stored in abundance, where husbands and wives do not quarrel, Lakshmi comes by herself without being called.
He means that man should not worship fools, he should not give more importance to them. Respect should be given only to the wise. The talk is also considered theirs. Where fools are not worshiped, Lakshmi dwells.
Acharya says that in a house full of grain, people do not go hungry, not a single grain of food is thrown away and there is no quarrel between husband and wife, they do not fight, without calling Lakshmi in such a place or in such a house. Come to self-dwelling.
