Bird flu spread in many states of the country, know what to do and what not?

 Bird flu cases are continuously increasing in many states of the country including Kerala, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Bird flu can spread to domestic chickens, chickens, turkeys, ducks and geese. The disease is spread by coming in contact with an infected bird's feces, secretions from its nose, mouth or eyes. The last major case of bird flu in Kerala was reported in 2016.

Bird flu, which was first reported in Rajasthan, is rapidly spreading to other states. There were a large number of deaths in Rajasthan in crows and other birds. Bird flu or avian influenza is an infectious viral disease that spreads from bird to bird and animals.

Although not easily spread from human to human. But some of the earliest symptoms of bird flu in a person include diarrhea, illness and chest pain.

This is how bird flu can be prevented:

Avoid exposure to live birds as well as poultry

Set aside the utensils used to clean and cook the meat

Make sure the meat is cooked until hot

Wash your hands frequently with warm water and soap, especially if you have caught raw chicken

what not to do

Do not pass or touch dead birds or their droppings

Do not go to live animal markets or poultry farms

Do not eat undercooked or raw chicken or other birds

Do not eat raw eggs
