New Delhi: The second one-day match of the three-match ODI series between India and Australia will be played in Sydney on Sunday. The match will start at 9.10 am Indian time.
The second match for the Indian team, which suffered a loss of 66 runs in the first match, will be 'do or die'. The Indian team would like to return tomorrow in the three-match series. If the Indian team has to stay in the series, then it will have to win.
At the same time, Australia will go on to capture the series after registering their second consecutive win. Many world class players are playing in both teams, so the fans are enjoying this battle very much.
It is worth mentioning that in the first match, India could only manage 308 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs, after chasing the score of 374 runs given by Australia. Hardik Pandya scored the highest 90 runs for India. Shikhar Dhawan made 74, Ravindra Jadeja 25, Mayank Agarwal 22 and Virat Kohli 21.
On the other hand, Australia captain Aaron Finch, Steve Smith and David Warner are in great form, due to which Jasprit Bumrah and the rest of the bowlers did not prove to be effective. There is also no possibility of any change in the bowling combination of the Indian team unless both Yuzvendra Chahal and Navdeep Saini are declared unfit. Chahal and Saini together contributed 172 runs in 20 overs.
