How to start UPI service with the help of Aadhaar

Step 4: Validate the last 6 digits of your Aadhaar.
Step 5: Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number
Step 6: Proceed by giving consent again.
Step 7: After confirmation from the bank, you can set a new UPI PIN.
Consent required
According to the NPCI website, customer consent is required to extract and validate Aadhaar information. You will have to give consent every time you create a UPI PIN. The customer will be able to set up UPI with Aadhaar only when the same mobile number is registered in his Aadhaar and the bank.
