Pakistan, which provides shelter to terrorists, is itself facing attacks today. On Saturday morning, heavily armed terrorists attacked the Pakistani Air Force's Mianwali airbase in Punjab province. During the attack, the terrorists also set on fire three fighter planes parked at the airbase. According to the Pakistani Army, the terrorist organization Tehreek-e-Jihad Pakistan has taken responsibility for this attack.
Tehreek-e-Jihad Pakistan (TJP) is a newly emerged terrorist group affiliated with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). A few months ago, the same organization had also taken responsibility for the attack on the FC (Frontier Constabulary) camp in Muslim Bagh area of Balochistan state of Pakistan.
Regarding the organization, it is being said that it is new for Pakistan. For the first time, the organization had taken responsibility for the terrorist attack in Chaman, Balochistan. The surprising thing is that even Pakistan's intelligence agency has not been able to gather much information about this organization yet. The Pakistani intelligence agency also does not have information related to the names of the spokesperson and chief of the organization. It is also not known what these people did in the past and which organization they were associated with.
According to media reports, the name of the spokesperson of the organization is said to be Mullah Mohammad Qasim. Qasim has neither appeared in front of the media nor talked to anyone yet. When attacks are carried out by the organization, Qasim takes responsibility by sending a written message.
There may be relations with Tehreek-e-Taliban
This organization has taken responsibility for some attacks including Mianwali airbase. These attacks also include the terrorist attack in Swat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in which a total of 17 people were killed. Some people believe that the organization may have links with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan or Al-Qaeda, an organization declared illegal in Pakistan, but there is no information about where its leader lives and what he used to do earlier.
Ambush attack on soldiers vehicle
Apart from the attack on the airbase, terrorists also ambushed two vehicles of security forces in Balochistan, in which at least 14 soldiers were killed. This attack in Balochistan is being considered as the biggest terrorist attack of this year so far because the maximum number of Pakistani soldiers have been killed in this attack. According to the statement issued by the Pakistani Army, the terrorists carried out this attack at a time when the soldiers were going from Pasni to Ormara area of Gwadar district in two vehicles.
