Anjeer Laddu Recipe: Generally, during the festival of Navratri, everyone keeps a fast for 9 days, many people start feeling hungry due to not eating for a long time. In such a situation, eating fig laddus can help in controlling hunger. Figs are very beneficial for our health. Fig laddus are as tasty as they are nutritious. No such things have been used in making these laddus. Which you cannot eat during fasting. These laddus are very easy to make and you can make them easily at home too.

Fiber, magnesium, potassium, vitamin B-6 etc. are found in abundance in figs. Apart from this, figs have very less calories. Eating laddus made from figs keeps the stomach full for a long time. The fiber present in figs strengthens the digestive system and reduces appetite. Therefore, eating fig laddus keeps the stomach full and does not make one feel hungry. This is a better option to eat during fasting.

recipe to make 

Material:

1 cup figs, soaked

1/2 cup dates, blended

2 teaspoons almonds, chopped

1 teaspoon melon seeds

1 teaspoon poppy seeds

2 spoons ghee

1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

1 pinch coconut powder

recipe: 

Soak the figs in water overnight. 

In the morning, add soaked figs and dates and blend it well in a blender.

Heat ghee in a pan.

Add chopped almonds, melon seeds and poppy seeds to hot ghee and roast for 2 minutes.

Then add roasted dry fruits to the mixture made of figs and dates and blend well.

Now add cardamom and coconut powder to it.

Now let all this mixture cool down a bit.

Then apply ghee on the palms and make small laddus from the mixture.

Laddus are ready. You can keep it for a long time and eat it.
