Regarding this, Delhi's General Physician, Dr. Ajay says that blood sugar can be kept under control by controlling diet and changing lifestyle. Since diabetic patients are prohibited from eating sweets, they eat natural sugar i.e. fruits instead of processed sugar. But Dr. Ajay says that diabetic patients should keep distance from some fruits.

Dr. Ajay says that Vitamin C is also found in pineapple, but due to the high carbohydrate content in it, the blood sugar of diabetic patients can increase.
Chikoo
Sapota, which looks like potato, is tasty to eat, but diabetes patients should keep distance from it. Sapota contains high amount of sugar, due to which it is harmful for diabetic patients.
Litchi
Diabetic patients should also avoid eating litchi. Actually, litchi contains high amount of sugar. By eating this, blood sugar increases rapidly. Therefore, health experts advise to stay away from sapota.
Which fruits to eat
On this, Dr. Ajay Kumar says that diabetic patients can eat apples in limited quantities. Apart from this, peaches and oranges can also be eaten.
