After G20 in Bharat Mandapam, P20 in Yasobhoomi, know why MPs from all over the world are gathering in Delhi

After the great success of G-20, P-20 conference is being organized in India for the first time. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate this two-day conference at 'Yashobhoomi' on Friday. Apart from G-20 countries, MPs and representatives of other countries will also participate in this conference. This is the ninth edition of the P-20 summit.

P20 summit: After the G-20 summit, leaders from all over the world will once again gather in Delhi. A two-day P-20 summit will be organized from tomorrow. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate it on October 13. Apart from G-20 countries, Speakers of Parliament of other countries and representatives of international organizations will participate in the P-20 summit. After the great success of G-20, this P-20 conference, being held for the first time in India, will be organized at the India International Convention and Expo Center 'Yashobhoomi' in Dwarka, Delhi. Let us tell you that this is the ninth edition of the P-20 summit.

The P20 summit will start from October 12. The main event is on 13-14 October. On the first day of the conference, several programs will be organized on the theme of Parliamentary Forum on Life. The main theme of the P-20 summit has been kept as 'Parliament for One Earth, One Family, One Future'. These programs are being finalized under the leadership of Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.

There will be four sessions in the two-day conference

India is going to present its centuries-old democratic history to the world during the P20 conference with the goals of One Earth, One Family, One Future. Through this, an attempt will be made to give the message of equality, brotherhood and unity to all the countries of the world. A total of four sessions have been organized in the conference. The first session is 'Agenda 2030 for SDGs: Showcasing achievements, accelerating progress'. It is based on the Sustainable Development Goals by the United Nations by the year 2030.

The theme of the second session is 'Sustainable Energy Transition: Gateway to a Green Future'. Whereas in the third session, the topic 'Mainstreaming Gender Equality: Women Empowerment and Women-led Development' will be discussed, while the theme of the fourth session is 'Transforming people's lives through public digital platforms'. All these topics underline the urgent need to deal with global issues today.

G20 was organized successfully

Let us tell you that India had chaired the G-20 conference in September. Leaders from all over the world met each other in this summit which lasted for two days (9-10 September). It was successfully organized in Bharat Mandapam. In this conference, the question regarding permanent membership in the United Nations Security Council was raised. All the countries agreed to the manifesto of the G20 conference. Apart from this, India had bilateral talks with all the countries. US President Joe Biden said that this G-20 conference has raised expectations. This organization can solve even the most complex problems.
