Masala Corn Ingredients
Corn - 1
Water - 3 cups
Milk - half cup
Salt - half teaspoon
Chili flakes - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Butter – 1 tsp
lemon - half
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
chopped fresh coriander
Masala Corn Recipe

First of all take a corn. Cut the corn into 3 pieces.

After this keep the pan on the gas. Pour 3 cups of water in the pan and add the pieces of corn.

Add half a cup of milk to it. Add half teaspoon salt. Add a spoonful of chili flakes or kutti mirch.

Add one teaspoon oregano and add 1 teaspoon butter. Now boil them for some time till they get cooked.

Now take out the corn pieces from the pan and let them cool. Put a spoonful of chaat masala over it.

Apply juice of half a lemon on it. Put freshly chopped coriander on it.
