After cracking UPSC one has to learn new language, know how is IAS training in LBSNAA

Candidates who want to crack UPSC exam have to go to Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. Here the candidates are taught basic administrative skills. How is the training of an IAS officer?

Candidates coming for training in LBSNAA are strengthened from physical fitness to mental health. Himalayan trekking is also done here during training. Every trainee has to attend it. Have to learn a new language

After the release of the UPSC Civil Services Final Result, the candidates get a rank on the basis of marks obtained in the written test and interview round. According to these ranks, they are selected for IAS, IPS or IFS. According to the rank, the cadre is allotted to the candidates only.

After training at LBSNAA, Mussoorie, the officers are sent to their cadre state. In such a situation, in order to work properly in the state, all the trainees have to learn the local language as well.
