Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has released vacancies for the posts of Specialist Officer. IDBI Bank has also released the notification of Specialist Officer Recruitment 2023 . According to this, a total of 114 posts are going to be recruited. In Digital Banking and Emerging Payments and Information Technology and MIS sector, jobs will be available on the posts of Manager, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager. The education qualification and age limit are different for different posts. There is a chance for candidates from 25 years to 40 years to get a government job. IDBI SO Vacancy Details

Digital Banking & Emerging Payments (DB&EP) Department has 42 posts for Manager, 7 for Assistant General Manager and 2 for Deputy General Manager. In IT & MIS, there are 33 posts for Manager, 22 for Assistant General Manager and 8 for Deputy General Manager. There are total 114 vacancies.

Out of these, 48 posts are reserved for general category, 17 SC, 8 ST, 31 OBC and 10 posts are reserved for EWS category.

IDBI SO Salary Structure

Manager Grade B – Pay Scale Rs 48,170 to Rs 69,810 per month

Assistant General Manager Grade C – Pay Scale Rs 63,840 to Rs 78,230 per month

Deputy General Manager Grade D - Pay Scale Rs 76,010 to Rs 89,890 per month

The amount mentioned here is only Pay Scale i.e. Basic Pay. Apart from this Basic Pay, DA, HRA and other allowances will be given in the full salary you will get every month. That is, even on the post of manager, your initial salary will be around Rs 1 lakh per month.
