Mehran started living at an airport for the first time in 1988. When he was denied refugee status for political reasons. The United Kingdom did not give her this status despite her Scottish mother. He himself decided to spend his life at the airport as he was declared stateless. He always kept his belongings with him. According to reports, Mehran left the airport when he was admitted to the hospital in 2006 due to illness.
