It is advisable to stick to them only for breakfast or dinner. For lunch, you should eat carbohydrates like rice, wheat, jowar or bajra." He added that soups and salads are "good for people who want to lose fat or weight quickly." He suggests, "Make healthy and fat soups like mushroom soup, broccoli soup or mixed vegetable soup.

If you're looking to make healthy soups to lose weight, avoid sugar, honey, corn or butter as they are high in calories." However, add lemon juice and a little salt to add flavor to your salad. He adds, "You can also fry your salad and add some cheese, topu to it for nutrition." According to expert doctor Siddharth Bhargava, it can be difficult to manage the right food, but making your food 100% healthy is even more difficult. Tips to make soup, salad more healthy

Always have some source of protein like egg, chicken, fish in salad.
