Asha Dashmi Vrat: Pray to keep the body healthy and healthy during this fast. By doing this body and mind remain healthy. That is why it is also called Arogya Vrat.

By observing this fast, all the wishes are fulfilled. This fast can be started from the tenth day of Shukla Paksha of any month. The purpose of celebrating Asha Dashami is done for good health, good groom and good health of husband and children, Lord Krishna told Arjuna the importance of this fast. It is believed that this fast should be observed every month till your wish is fulfilled.

It is believed that if a girl observes this fast, then she gets the best husband. If a woman's husband does not return home early during the journey, then a married woman can get her husband soon by observing this fast. The dental pain of the child also goes away by observing this fast.

This fast should be done for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or till the wish is fulfilled. In the Asha Dashami fast, on the tenth day, after retiring from daily rituals, bathing, worship the deities. Worship 10 Asha Devis in the night. Goddess Parvati is worshiped on this day. The person observing this fast should worship the pictures of the ten directions in the courtyard. Ghee lamps should be lit in the ten directions and offered incense, lamps, naivedya, fruits etc.

'Ashashasha: Sada Santu Siddhyantam Mein Manortha: Bhavatinaam Prasaden Sad Kalyanamastviti'. Its meaning is 'O Asha Ladies, May all my hopes, all my hopes be successful always. May my wishes be fulfilled, may my welfare always be, grant such blessings. After giving charity and dakshina to a Brahmin, one should accept the Prasad himself. Pray with a sincere heart for the accomplishment of work in fasting worship.
