Facebook-owned Instagram (Instagram) is working on a set of new tools that will help users make money from its platform, including Creator Shops, Affiliate Commerce and Branded Content Marketplaces.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has announced upcoming features during a live stream with Instagram chief Adam Mosseri. According to the Ingutz report, Creators Shops will be an extension of the company's existing shopping facilities, which allows businesses to sell products.
Zuckerberg said that we see many creators setting up shops (shops) and part of being a content creator business model is that you can create great content and then you can sell goods in a great way and that's why Creator Shops Are awesome
Zuckerberg also said that the company is working on tools that will enable Instagram stars to pay to promote products. He said that the creators should be able to cut the sales of those things and for this we should build a related reconditioning marketplace.
Instagram is also working on a branded content marketplace that will help match influencers with sponsors. According to the report, work is still going on with the new tool.
