Bhopal: A unique case has come to light in Madhya Pradesh in which a husband has demanded a divorce due to his wife's fear of cockroaches. The husband says he has changed 18 houses in the three years since the marriage, but the wife's fears are not diminishing, or she is not even ready for his treatment.

The couple got married in the year 2017. The husband says he first came to know about his wife's fears in 2018 when she was working in the kitchen and after a while the wife suddenly started screaming. The wife ran out and said there was a cockroach in the kitchen. The cockroach left after a while, but made several attempts to persuade but the wife did not go to the kitchen again, eventually bored they had to change their home.
The husband has moved home 18 times so far due to the cockroach. As soon as she saw the cockroach, she decided to change her house. Because of this he has moved house 18 times so far. Now even family members and friends are making fun of him because of it.

and said that he had taken his wife to several doctors. The husband also sought treatment from a Delhi AIIMS psychologist, but his wife is also unwilling to take medication. He also counseled his wife, but to no avail. Losing in the end he has applied for a divorce.

Regarding the whole incident, the wife says that the husband does not understand her problem. She is scared of cockroaches but her husband is trying to prove her crazy. Thus, due to the fear of cockroaches, the conversation between the husband and wife reached the point of divorce.
