Apart from this, Delhi's positivity rate has crossed 20 percent in the last 24 hours, which is the highest after the month of June last year. At the same time, the number of active patients is beyond 54,000, which is the highest ever. Along with this, the recovery rate is 91.58 percent, active patients 6.92 percent, death rate is 1.49 percent.
The total number of Corona cases in Delhi has so far increased to 7,84,137 with 16,699 new cases in the last 24 hours. At the same time, with 13,014 patients being cured in the last 24 hours, so far the total number of cured patients has increased to 7,18,176. Also, with the death of 112 people in the last 24 hours, the death toll in Delhi has increased to 11,652. Apart from this, 82,569 tests have been conducted in Delhi in the last 24 hours, after which the total test count in Delhi has so far been 1,59,44,203.
Meanwhile, the Delhi government has decided to impose weekend lockdown. This weekend curfew will start at 10 pm on Friday night and will run till 6 am on Monday. The mall, gym, spa will all remain closed during the weekend lockdown. The government has also given some facilities to the people, curfew passes will be given to those who will do necessary work during the curfew.
