Users will get 100 Mbps speed

SpaceX is initially planning to land in India with satellite based internet service with speeds of 100 Mbps. Last year, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India released a consultation paper on broadband connectivity in India. Now with regard to this, SpaceX's Satellite Government Affairs Patricia Kapoor has said that Starlink's high speed satellite network will help in the goal of connecting all the people of India with broadbank connectivity.

Now, Indian users can deposit an amount of $ 99 on Starlink's website to pre-order a broadband connection. However, if the company fails to provide an internet connection to the users in 2022, then the pre-order amount will be returned to the users.

• Go to Starlink's website https://www.starlink.com/.
• In the 'Order Now' section on the website, enter your address where you want the service.
• If your address is eligible for service, then you will see a list of nearby areas. After this, select the order.
• If your address is eligible for service, then you will be redirected to a page to enter further details.
• Starlink will also display a header on the page that states that the company is targeting coverage in your area in 2022 with limited availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Users will have to provide information such as their first name, last name, phone number and email address.
• After this, card details will have to be entered to fill the $ 99 deposit.
