India will now face New Zealand at Lord's in the final of the World Test Championship


In the fourth and final Test match played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, India recorded a magnificent victory over England by an innings and 25 runs. 
With this victory, India has won the four-Test series 3-1. With the victory of the final Test, India has entered the final of the World Test Championship. Where Virat Kohli's team will face New Zealand.

Australia dropped the tour of South Africa due to Corona, which led to the New Zealand team led by Ken Williamson to qualify for the final. The final of the World Test Championship will be played at the historic Lord's Cricket Ground in England. The final is expected to be played in June.

England, on the other hand, had a difficult time reaching the final of the World Test Championship. England needed to win at least three of the four matches which is a daunting task. Root's team could have reached the final if England had won the series 0-3, 1-3 or 0-4.
