Do not drink milk after or before eating these food items know its dangerous side effects

Milk is considered a complete food. 
Milk contains many nutrients including antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, proteins, healthy fats, amino acids, calcium, vitamin D, phosphorus and magnesium. Regular consumption of milk strengthens bones and improves muscles.

Milk alone also replenishes many of the nutrients in the body. Therefore, in Ayurveda, it is recommended not to take certain things with it before and after drinking milk, otherwise the body may suffer from many kinds of problems. Know what not to take before or after drinking milk.

  1. If you have eaten citrus fruits like oranges, grapes and seasonal fruits then do not drink milk or eat these fruits after drinking milk. This condition can lead to digestive disorders and other problems such as vomiting or stomach problems.
  2. In Ayurveda, it is advised not to take protein, carbohydrates and fats together. But many people eat bread butter with milk. This should not be done. This makes the stomach heavier and can cause other stomach related problems.
  3. Drinking milk after eating fish is also harmful. Can cause abdominal pain, white spots and food poisoning.
  4. Drinking milk after or before radishes and berries can cause many skin problems. Their natures are completely different from each other. Drinking milk after radishes and berries can cause allergic reactions, itching and wrinkles on the face.
  5. Do not drink milk if you have eaten lentils. This can spoil digestion. This can be accompanied by complaints of abdominal pain, indigestion, heaviness.
