Mini's car is a tribute to former rally driver Hs [r Hopkirk. Paddy first won the Monte Carlo Rally Race in 1964, driving the Mini Cooper S. At the time, Paddy Hopkirk was 30 and the car number was 37. This is the reason why the company has also written the number 37 in the new car. Paddy Hopkirk's signature is also found in four places in the car.
How is the design
This limited edition car is presented in Chilean red exterior color and has white roof and black ORVMs. The car features 16-inch alloy wheels, bonnet scoops, door handles and a fuel filler cap piano in black. In this edition, the company has affixed the number 37 sticker on both the sides of the car. The Mini Paddy Hopkirk Edition features a panorama glass roof, comfort access system, rear view camera and leather steering wheel.
Top speed 235 km per hour .
It has a 2-liter, 4-cylinder twin-turbo petrol engine, which generates 192 hp of power and 280 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 7-speed Steptronic Sport transmission. The company claims that the car can reach a speed of 100 kmph in 6.7 seconds and has a top speed of 235 kmph. It has three drive modes MID, Sport and Green.
