India's gives strong message to China: As long as the dragon does not remove the soldier, our departure will stand

The
standoff between India and China continues in eastern Ladakh. Soldiers from both countries are facing each other. On the ongoing deadlock on the Equal Control (LAC), Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday said in clear and stern terms that India would not reduce its troop numbers until China started the process. However, he also expressed confidence that the problem would be resolved through dialogue.

The defense minister also said that India was developing infrastructure in the border areas very fast and China had also objected to some of the projects. In an interview to private media, Rajnath Singh said, "The number of soldiers will not be reduced. India will not reduce its military presence until China starts the process. ”

Asked about the negotiation process with China on the issue, he said, "No deadline has been set on issues like the ongoing stalemate." You can't set a date. " "We believe in finding a solution through dialogue," he said.

On reports of a village being set up by China in Arunachal Pradesh, Rajnath Singh said it was close to the border and such infrastructural development had taken place over the years. Asked about the assessment made by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on whether bilateral relations with China were at their lowest level in four decades and whether China had broken India's trust, Singh said, "It has broken our trust without any doubt." Asked about the farmers' movement, he said the government has always insisted on discussing the issue wisely.
