Yearender 2020 Education Trends: These major changes in education sector including new education policy

Yearender 2020 Education Trends: The impact of a coronavirus-like epidemic has been in every region in the year 2020. This has affected the children as well as the elders, as well as their studies. Schools and colleges were closed this year due to Kovid-19. But schools were reopened in many states and those schools were also closed again in view of the transition of Coronavirus. Apart from this, colleges have also remained the same throughout the year.

In the year 2020, online classes were held in schools throughout the year and children were also taken from home. There was a similar situation in colleges. Apart from this, the date of examination in colleges was also changed again and again. On the one hand, due to the closure of the school, the children did not get the opportunity to go to school, on the other hand, this year, the children also got the opportunity to join technology. Apart from this, the government has also implemented a new education policy this year. Which reduces the burden of studies on children.

With this new education policy, the burden of board examination will be reduced, while now there will be only one regulator for higher education. Even if you miss the middle of studies, studies will no longer be wasted. According to this new education policy, one year of graduation Certificate on completion and diploma certificate will be given on completion of two years of studies. In schools too, the format of 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 will be started after finishing 10 + 2.

The schools will now include the first five years of 3 years of pre-primary school and foundation stage including class one and class two. A new curriculum will be prepared for these five years of studies. Next year's stage will be from 3 to 5. After this, the 3-year middle stage will come i.e. the stage from class 6 to 8, children from the sixth grade will be given professional and skill education, internship will also be done at the local level. So that children can also get employment opportunities.

The fourth stage will be from class 9 to 12th. In which children will be given freedom to choose the subject. So that the child who is studying physics or chemistry in class 11 can now study subjects like history. In the new education system of 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 for younger children, the first five years will be for children from 3 to 8 years, followed by 3 to 8 years thereafter, 11 to 14 years and finally the last 4 years. Will be for 14 to 18 year olds.

Changes will be made in the board exams for class X and XII. For example, there will be two parts to test and objective questions, so that the pressure on children will be reduced. Children up to fifth will be educated in their mother tongue only. At the same time, the course of MPhil has been canceled as per the new education policy.

At the same time, UGC, NCTE and AICTE have also been abolished. According to the new education policy, a common entrance exam has been offered for admission to educational institutions. A mechanism will be prepared for the control of fees of schools and colleges. Apart from this, many changes have been made in the new education. So that studies can be made much easier.
