The big gift SBI gives to gold buyers, these customers will get a special benefit


The country's state-owned bank is offering SBI Gold Loan to its customers. 
It may be mentioned that at present, the bank is offering special offers to customers to promote gold loans. SBI has set a target of disbursing Rs 550 crore in Uttar Pradesh in the current financial year. This year, the bank has given gold loans of over Rs 300 crore.

General Manager of SBI informed

Ajay Kumar Khanna, Chief General Manager (Lucknow Circle), SBI, said that SBI's gold loan interest rate is the lowest in the entire market at 7.5 per cent, which has led to a rapid increase in SBI's market share in the gold loan market.

2 lakh crore Gold Loan Market across the country

He said the gold loan market across the country is worth Rs 2 lakh crore. While SBI has 33 per cent stake in Car Loan and Home Loan, Gold Loan also did not have 2 per cent stake. Since last July, the bank has started focusing on home loan business.

Launched a new campaign

Khanna said the SBI has launched a "Chalo Gaam Ki Or" campaign for people in villages and semi-urban areas, under which all senior officials have been linked to different villages. These officers will go to the villages and understand the economic needs of the farmers, small entrepreneurs and try to meet them. He said the SBI was preparing to launch four different phone numbers to take complaints and suggestions from the public.

1700 branches of SBI in UP
