Sales of Bajaj Chetak electric scooters increase, more than 800 units sold in three months

Bajaj introduced the electric incarnation of its retro scooter Chetak in January 2020.
Which people have chosen very much. However, the lockdown caused by the Corona virus did not speed up his cell. Jenny was hoping, but now that the market has opened for the second time, her sales have steadily increased.

Chetak's cell was very good

According to the report, a total of 810 units of Bajaj Chetak have been sold in the last three months in September, October and November. At first glance, the statistics are not very high, but Chetak's cell remained very good compared to other competitors present in the electric segment. In the last three months, TVS's iQube electric scooter has gained only 138 customers in India.

Increasing the reach of scooters

Apart from that Bajaj Auto is slowly increasing the reach of its electric scooters. It now has 18 dealerships across the country, of which 5 are in Pune and 13 in Bengaluru. So TVS iQube is only sold at 10 dealerships present in Bangalore.

Suzuki is also planning to launch an electric vehicle

Suzuki is also planning to introduce its Bergman in an electric incarnation to give Bazaz Chetak a run for its money. He was recently spotted on the road to Gurugram during a test. So Bajaj Auto has officially registered its design making way for Chetak in the European market. Chetak has been given legal status in Europe until November 2029.
