Carrots- 1 kg
Milk full cream- 1 1/2 liters
Sugar- 200 grams
Cashews - 8 to 10
Almonds - 8 to 10
Walnuts - 8 to 10
Raisins- 9 to 10
Cardamom powder- half a teaspoon
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Method
First grate the carrots to make halva.
Then put the carrots and 1 glass of water in the pressure cooker. Put a whistle in it.
After whistling, cool the carrots and drain all the water.
Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add carrots and fry.
Then add milk and mix. Fry until milk is absorbed.
Now add cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix.
Your hot carrot halva is ready. Garnish with chopped dry fruits on top and serve hot.
