Some customers of State Bank of India (SBI) will face problems in using the special service for the next two days. Indeed, some of the largest lender services in the country are again under maintenance. However, the bank says not all its customers will be affected. This time only NRI services will be affected. SBI has tweeted that due to maintenance activity, the bank's NRI services through missed calls and SMS will not work between 15 and 17 December 2020.
The bank asked customers to use its second digital platform
SBI has tweeted apologizing for the inconvenience to customers. At the same time, the bank has asked customers to use other digital platforms. SBI says that maintenance work is being done to optimize the services to provide banking experience to the customers without any hindrance. It may be mentioned that the service of Yono SBI app was stopped in the first week of December. Due to which customers were facing many problems. The bank has been receiving constant complaints from customers on its Twitter handle. Mobile F has been affected due to a system outage, the bank said.
SBI upgraded its internet banking platform on November 22
SBI had earlier on November 22 upgraded its internet banking platform. Due to which the customers of the bank were already informed about some problems in accessing internet banking, YONO, YONO Lite. The bank informed its account holders that the services of Yono App will also be affected on 11 and 13 October 2020. Therefore, the customer will not be able to access any banking service through Yono App from 12 noon to 4 am on the night of October 11. Yono SBI is an integrated digital platform of State Bank of India. Users can avail all the banking services of SBI through it.
