World's greatest football Legend Diego Maradona dies of heart attack at 60


The world's greatest footballer Diego Maradona died on Wednesday. Maradona, who hails from Argentina, was a legendary footballer of his time. His death was informed by the Argentina Football Association. Maradona died of a heart attack. He has been ill for a long time and breathed his last on Wednesday at the age of 60. Maradona had to undergo surgery due to a clot in the brain about 15 days from now. 

Let me tell you that while Diego Maradona was a great footballer on the ground with his strong feet, on the other hand, outside the field, he was a victim of controversies many times, due to which he was also infamous. Maradona was addicted to alcohol and drugs, due to which he took the last breath of his life in just 60 years. After his death, people have also started paying tribute to him.

Former Team India captain Sourav Ganguly tweeted that my hero is no more. I watched football for you. At the same time, the great Brazilian footballer Pelé said that hopefully we will play football together in the sky. 

Diego Maradona played some four FIFA World Cup tournaments, including the 1986 World Cup. Maradona, one of the world's greatest footballers, played football from clubs like Boca Juniors, Napoli, Barcelona. Maradona played a total of 91 matches for Argentina and scored 34 goals in his international career. Maradona started his professional career at the age of 16 with Argentinos Jr. and later became the greatest footballer. 

After retiring from football, Maradona became intoxicated. Maradona's friendship with former Cuban President Fidel Castro was well-known, and Castro also helped Maradona in difficult times. On Castro's death, Maradona described him as his father.
