Some users are annoyed with the lock screen of this phone and have come across some of the hassles associated with it. Many users of the iPhone 12 Mini say that swiping up from the lock screen or launching the camera app does not unlock the device. Some users are not even getting a touch response when the phone is locked.
Users are sharing experiences connected to the lockscreen of the iPhone 12 Mini on the Apple Support Forum. Some users say that the problem of unlocking the device from the lock screen is solved by removing the screen protector or case. Some users say that it has no connection with the case and is due to the screen protector. Apple has not yet commented on the issue and has not received any official response from users.
Apple claims that the new iPhone 12 lineup features sapphire glass 4 times stronger than the rest of the device, although some users are using screen guards to protect the phone from drop. This also applies to the case. Apple has introduced MagSafe in its devices this year and has launched special MagSafe support cases.
