The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday arrested Shabana Saeed, wife of Bollywood film producer Feroz Nadiadwala, in a drug case. The NCB team raided the house of the film producer and seized drugs and arrested 5 people. NCB officials said the five people arrested included Shabana Saeed, wife of producer Feroz Nadiadwala. He was earlier questioned by the NCB team when the NCB sent a summons to producer Feroz Nadiadwala.
Samir Wankhede, zonal director, NCB, Mumbai, told media that the wife of film producer Feroz Nadiadwala was arrested on Sunday in a drug case. It is also learned that the house of Feroz Nadiadwala was searched in the presence of two independent witnesses. A notice was issued to Shabana Saeed after a search of his home. He was then arrested after recording his statement. According to media reports, the NCB team carried out raids in Malad, Andheri, Lokhandwala, Kharghar and Koparkher in Mumbai on Sunday. It may be noted here that Bollywood producer Feroz Nadiadwala has produced many films like 'Phir Heraferi', 'Awara Paagal Deewana', 'Welcome', 'On: Man at Work', 'Full and Final'.
