Navan Abhiyan: High Court said no FIR on Kailash, Mukul and Arjun Singh

Kolkata: The
Calcutta High Court has given a big relief to the state BJP. The High Court has said that there is currently no FIR on Kailash Vijayvargiya, Mukul Roy, Arjun Singh and Rakesh Singh. Kolkata Police will not be able to register any FIR against Kailash Vijayvargiya, Mukul Roy, Arjun Singh and Rakesh Singh till 26 November for the Navan campaign.

It is noteworthy that during the Navan campaign of the state BJP last month, the police of Hastings police station filed an FIR against the four leaders of the state BJP Kailash Vijayvargiya, Mukul Roy, Arjun Singh and Rakesh Singh. After which the four BJP leaders demanded the court to dismiss the FIR.

Justice Rajasekhar Manthar heard the matter on Tuesday. After the hearing, Justice directed an interim stay on the investigation till 26 November. This decision of the court has given a kind of relief to the BJP.

It is noteworthy that there was a lot of uproar over the BJP's Navan campaign. Violet water was showered on BJP workers on the day of Navan campaign. The BJP claimed that chemicals were added to the water.

Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha national president Tejashwi Surya attacked the Mamata Banerjee government on Monday. Along with this, during the BJP's Nawan Chalo campaign in Kolkata, the Kolkata Police met with Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, accusing them of vandalism and submitted a privilege violation proposal.

He said that in this election we will show the way out to Mamata Banerjee's autocratic, dictatorship and fascist government. He said that I want to tell those honest Indians that to bring rule of law in Bengal this fascist government has to be removed.
